  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to 3-4 days to reach your doorstep (dependant on Aust Post). 


  1. What's your return policy?

Returning items, can be done directly at the store, South Melbourne Market, stall 216, west aisle. On any market day, if its faulty we can do full refund or change of mind we will give you store credit.

If you bought them online, please take a photo and give us a explaination of what had happened and we will do our best to find a suitable resolution. Either with credit/refund or replacement of product. A return of product may or may not be needed depending on product.


  1. Can I cancel my order?

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
